Child Youth and Wellbeing - Update December 2019
on 13 DecemberKia ora,
As 2019 draws to an end, we’d like to thank you for your support and interest in the work to improve the wellbeing of children and young people in Aotearoa New Zealand.
In particular, we’d like to thank those who helped us shape the Child and Youth Wellbeing Strategy, through sharing your passion, stories, expertise and challenges. You helped bring depth and integrity to such an important piece of work.
We need to continue to harness the knowledge, energy and goodwill of all sectors, and at all levels – from the Cabinet table to the kitchen table. Success won’t be possible unless we’re all actively working towards the vision – parents, families and whānau, iwi, community groups, the philanthropic sector, business and local and central government.
Wishing you all a Meri Kirihimete, joyful times with whānau and friends, safe travels and the very best for the coming year.
