A bit about us:
We are humble, whānau-focused practices and VLCA providers with approx. 5,000 enrolled patients. Our medical centres at OneCare Health are physician-led, with a comprehensive and supportive MDT. We have the shared goal, to reduce fragmentation in the patient healthcare experience for the Papatoetoe and Otahuhu communities we serve.
Tino harikoa mataou, hei mahi whakakotahi ki ProCare Network, manaaki ngā Iwi Māori, Pasifika, me ngā Iwi Ahia.
We are proud to be a part of the ProCare Network, serving the largest Māori enrolled population in Auckland and the largest Pacific and Asian enrolled populations in the country.
We have established clinical and administrative staff on-site and utilized digital assistants and virtual inbox management. We have a clinical nurse manager, dedicated practice nurse and a healthcare assistant. We also utilize a HIP, Health Coaches, Health Navigators and an p/t in house Pharmacist. We have FTE available between both our Centres, situated less than 5ks from each other in Papatoetoe and Otahuhu. We use Indici software and offer training for those unfamiliar with either PMS. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 0830-1700.
Some of what we offer:
Dedicated consult room
Competitive renumeration and comprehensive benefits package
Customizable FTE; days and session times that work for you
Retail discounts through the ProCare App
Full autonomy of practice with the support of our clinical and administrative teams
A fun, supportive and collaborative team and company culture with opportunities to work in a mentor or supervisor to our clinical teams.
