Beth Tester CEO Marlborough PHO
Beth is Chief Executive of Kimi Hauora Wairau Marlborough Primary Health Organisation. She trained as a registered nurse and has gained broad experience across the health system having worked as a senior manager within Nelson Marlborough Health, CEO Hospice Marlborough and worked at TAS a shared service agency as well as setting up her own consultancy company for a few years. Beth has been a key driver in increasing the number of nurse practitioners with the Marlborough region and is passionate about seeing the role expand across the sector.
