Introduction:
As a registered nurse and health coach I want to ensure that nurses have the safe space to unpack and reflect on what really matters to them, within both their clinical practice and whole health. I strongly believe these are complementary to each other.
The complexity of our current health climate makes it so important for nurses to put the oxygen mask on themselves first. Through professional supervision a nurse(s) can explore the possibilities within their professional practice, create new awareness, and find clarity on a positive way forward. My supervision style is based on the positive psychology approach and Te Whare Tapa whā (the whole person view).
My supervision mission is to uncover nurses' superpowers and strengths and celebrate their successes leading to confidence and growth. I bring my supplementary health coaching skills and a toolbox of mental fitness resources.
My background is 35+ years in the acute care environment as a senior nurse & educator. In latter years as a health coach & professional supervisor who is passionate about supporting nurses to live our best lives.
